Returns
Due to food safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for coffee products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect coffee item, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
For coffee accessories (e.g., metal coffee spoons), we accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping costs for these eligible returns.
Exchanges

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive eligible returns or confirm replacements. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
