Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days. If you need to return an item, please send us a message with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. You can reach us here: CONTACT US.

Coffee:
Because coffee is a consumable good, we are unable to accept returns for coffee due to health and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is a quality issue, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll pay the return shipping costs. Otherwise, returns are at the customer’s expense. Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 2-3 business days for it to be processed. A credit will post to your account approximately 3-5 business days after the date we process your return.

We’re dedicated to making things right and ensuring you have the best possible experience with our coffee and our brand. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please CONTACT US.

We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues, CONTACT US within 30 days of the date you received the order to initiate a refund or replacement. 

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Note that refunds are not available for gift cards or gift subscriptions.
