Coffee Products
Non-returnable: For food safety reasons, coffee products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your coffee order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Coffee Accessories (e.g., metal spoons, ceramic cups)
Returnable: Metal spoons and ceramic cups may be returned within 30 days of delivery if damaged or incorrect.
Return shipping: Returns for coffee accessories are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or sent incorrectly.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive eligible returns or confirm replacements.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via our Contact Us page. Provide your order number and details about the issue. If your return is eligible, you will receive instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
