Returns

We appreciate your business and want to make it right. If you have any issues with your purchase, please CONTACT US within 14 days of delivery with your name and order number and a description of the issue you’re experiencing and we will work to make it right.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for coffee due to food safety concerns. However, if the item is damaged or incorrect (wrong item was sent), we will ship a replacement coffee bag for free. If you purchased one of our coffee accessories (i.e., metal coffee spoon) and received a damaged or incorrect item, we will pay for the return shipping.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing. We’re dedicated to making things right and ensuring you have the best possible experience with our coffee and our brand.
