Returns
Due to food safety regulations, returns or exchanges are not accepted for coffee products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect coffee item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
For coffee accessories (such as metal spoons), returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. We cover the return shipping cost for eligible returns of these products.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items or confirm a replacement is needed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
